Dear Adefunke,

Ah ah, how can today not feel special when someone as amazing as you was born? Let me first shout it loud for the people at the back: Happy Birthday to the queen of resilience, the soft-hearted warrior, and the gentle storm that no challenge can defeat!

Adefunke, today is not just a day to mark your birth, but to celebrate the masterpiece God is creating through you.

You’ve come so far, Adefunke, and you’ve done it with such grace, even when it felt like you were barely holding it together.

Your 25th year was no joke o. It stretched you, pressed you, and at times left you crying into your pillow like, “Ah God, shey na me be this?”

You battled emotional challenges, financial worries, career uncertainty, and even spiritual dryness. There were moments you didn’t even know what you wanted from life; you just knew you wanted out of the stress.

Still, you stood your ground. Even when you felt broken, you didn’t stay down. You prayed (even when it felt hard), you fought through the long nights, and you leaned on your family, your real MVPs who were there for you through thick and thin.

Let’s not forget your victories: you made progress in your career, bought new gadgets (Funke of gadgets, we hail you!), and stepped into new opportunities. Abeg clap for yourself now; you try! And even though you messed up sometimes, you’ve learned the art of bouncing back. That’s not ordinary strength, my dear, that’s divine grace.

Now, as you step into 26, my prayer for you is simple but powerful:

1. Blessings like showers: May God surprise you with blessings that will make you shout, “Ah ah, God, is this not too much?” May your dreams align with His purpose, and may success pursue and overtake you.

2. Unstoppable joy: May this year be filled with laughter that makes your ribs hurt and peace that leaves no room for anxiety.

3. Endless love: May your relationships flourish, especially with your gentle and patient boyfriend (I see you smiling!) and may you continue to surround yourself with people who value and cherish you.

4. Strength for every season: Whether it’s your fragile moments or the days when you feel like you can take on the world, may God hold you close.

Now, a little advice (because na elder I be for this matter):

Keep laughing: When life gets hard, laugh like a true Nigerian. Even if you’re broke, just say, “We’ll turn it to testimony later.” Laughter is your secret weapon.

Be a stubborn dreamer: Don’t stop writing, creating, and building. Your brand, The Social Media Prophet, is a gift to the world, so don’t dull yourself o.

Stay soft but firm: Your soft heart is your strength, but it’s okay to set boundaries. You don’t have to carry everybody’s wahala on your head.

Spoil yourself small: Don’t let today pass without doing something that makes you happy. Even if it’s just dancing in your room or eating that thing you’ve been craving, celebrate your awesomeness!

Lastly, never forget: You’re Adefunke Adeniyi! A queen, a conqueror, and a child of God. No matter how tough life gets, you have a heart that shines, a family that loves you, and a future so bright it’s giving NEPA transformers a run for their money.
